We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Meta Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and brand visibility through paid media channels. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analytics, and campaign optimisation, coupled with a creative mindset to craft impactful campaigns.
- Campaign Execution
- You will develop, execute, and manage paid Meta advertising campaigns across the Meta platform
- You plan and allocate budgets effectively to maximise ROAS RI and achieve performance KPIs
- Performance Optimisation
- You will monitor and analyse campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing data-driven optimisations
- You perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages to enhance performance
- Analytics and Reporting
- You will create and present detailed performance reports, providing insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
- You track key upper and lower funnel metrics around cost, engagement and performance on campaign and segment level
- Collaboration und Coordination
- You will work closely with the content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- You will partner with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with broader marketing initiatives
